HGTV’s Jonathan Scott and Jaguar Celebrate Sustainability This Holiday Season

To kick off the 2019 #UnwrapAJaguar holiday campaign, Jaguar and HGTV’s “Property Brothers” Jonathan Scott unveiled a fleet of 18 all-electric Jaguar I-PACE vehicles in Los Angeles, featuring a custom holiday themed wrap designed by Scott. 

The featured vehicles showcase the best of living sustainably – from motor to gift wrapping, with a Lumactiv air-purifying coating and energy efficient LED holiday lights, synchronized across all of the vehicles. The I-PACE fleet will travel throughout Los Angeles and New York City now through January 2 from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. daily.

Jamie Foxx Performs At The Prostate Cancer Foundation's 2019 New York Dinner

The Prostate Cancer Foundation (PCF) hosted their 2019 New York Dinner at the Restaurant Daniel at 60 East 65th Street in New York City. Dinner at Daniel was an exquisite culinary experience with a special guest performance by Academy Award Winning Artist Jamie Foxx to benefit the Prostate Cancer Foundation, and raised over $5 million. Master Mentalist, Lior Suchard performed mystifying tricks for the guests. 

The evening started with a splendid cocktail hour before guests were escorted to the main dining room for the dinner and entertainment. Michael Milken welcomed guests and started the main portion of the evening with trivia questions. Milken spoke about a few topics including PCF’s partnership with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and the advances researchers and scientists have made so far. Master Mentalist, Lior Suchard performed several illusions that stunned the crowd. The evening ended with a stellar performance from Academy Award Winning Artist Jamie Foxx that had guests dancing on their chairs.

Inside Tyler Perry Studios’ Grand Opening Gala with Oprah, Beyoncé, Halle Berry and More

The stars were all aligned October 5, 2019 as Tyler Perry invited hundreds of A-list celebrities to celebrate the grand opening of his studios. Perry made history this weekend in Atlanta, Georgia becoming the first African American person to own a major film studio. 

The red carpet was rolled out to welcome many of his frequent collaborators to his fete, which took place on the 330-acre lot, including Oprah Winfrey, Cecily Tyson, Halle Berry, Taraji P. Henson, and Bebe Winans. 

Other Hollywood heavyweights graced the carpet, including Terrence Howard, Ava DuVernay, Beyoncé, Jay Z and Viola Davis, along with politicos such as Bill and Hillary Clinton, John Lewis, Bernice King and Stacey Abrams.

XSCAPE, Yolanda Adams & More Honored At The 2019 Black Music Honors

Chicago based television production company Central City Productions held the 2019 Black Music Honors television taping at The Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, GA. During this star-studded two-hour television special, Central City Productions honored Xscape who received the Urban Music Icon Award for the platinum selling quartet group's 25 years in the industry; Yolanda Adams who received the Gospel Music Icon Award; Culturally-conscience eclectic group, Arrested Development, Tamia, and chart-topping crooner, Freddie Jackson, whose career has spanned over 33 years, also received awards. Television and radio personality Rickey Smiley and GRAMMY® Award-Winner and actress LeToya Luckett returned as the show’s co-hosts.
