James DuBose is an American television producer, filmmaker, and entertainment industry executive. He currently serves as the head of programming and executive producer of Fox Soul, a new digital streaming service dedicated to the African American community.

DuBose’s success and good fortune have enabled him the freedom to create, enjoy, and share his unique brand of quality programming. The Von Boozier Twins sat down with the TV executive to chat about building Fox Soul and elevating Black voices.

Wendy Williams Gets Raw In New Biopic On Lifetime

Wendy Williams, the self-anointed “Queen of all Media,” sheds her private persona in her new biopic, Wendy Williams: The Movie, premiering 8 p.m. EST, January 30, on Lifetime.

Executive produced by Williams, the authorized biopic gives fans a raw glimpse into her life, revealing the highs and lows she has experienced. Williams has made herself the go-to source for celebrity gossip on her hit daytime talk show, The Wendy Williams Show, but recently the spotlight has turned toward her. The movie takes viewers on her real-life journey from a complicated child with big dreams, to becoming a successful radio and TV host, along with other challenges she has faced. Williams is portrayed by actress Ciera Payton, who previously appeared in Tyler Perry’s, The Oval, while Morocco Omari stars as Williams’ ex-husband, Kevin Hunter.

50 Cent Debuts First Look At ‘Power Book III: Raising Kanan’

The “Power” Universe Never Ends. Just as fans are still catching their breath from the high-octane season finale of “Power Book II: Ghost”, franchise creators and EP Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson and Courtney A. Kemp add another layer to the successful Power franchise unveiling the upcoming show’s theme song, “Part of the Game” for Power Book III: Raising Kanan.

The theme song visuals by Fiddy and NLE Choppa debuted on STARZ after the season finale of Power Book II: Ghost. Fans got a glimpse of what’s to come on the series that takes us back to the 90s.
