XSCAPE, Yolanda Adams & More Honored At The 2019 Black Music Honors

Chicago based television production company Central City Productions held the 2019 Black Music Honors television taping at The Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, GA. During this star-studded two-hour television special, Central City Productions honored Xscape who received the Urban Music Icon Award for the platinum selling quartet group's 25 years in the industry; Yolanda Adams who received the Gospel Music Icon Award; Culturally-conscience eclectic group, Arrested Development, Tamia, and chart-topping crooner, Freddie Jackson, whose career has spanned over 33 years, also received awards. Television and radio personality Rickey Smiley and GRAMMY® Award-Winner and actress LeToya Luckett returned as the show’s co-hosts.

RAND Luxury Hosted the Annual Ferrari & Maserati Charity Brunch

RAND Luxury, Inc. produced and hosted another successful private charity brunch in collaboration with Ferrari and Maserati of Long Island & The Experience Auto Group. The exclusive, invitation-only brunch took place at the Bridgehampton estate of Kenneth andMaria Fishel and benefitted The Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation which is dedicated to finding cures for cancer and the Stony Brook Southampton Hospital. This year’s event raised nearly $10,000 for both organizations.

Notorious B.I.G. Honored In Brooklyn with Street Renaming Ceremony

City Council members and Notorious B.I.G.’s closest family and friends proudly display the new sign at The Notorious B.I.G. Street Naming Event. 

The Christopher Wallace Memorial Foundation, in partnership with the Office of Majority Leader Laurie A. Cumbo, hosted the official event celebrating the street renaming of Christopher “Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace Way on June 11, 2019, at the intersection of St. James Place and Fulton Street in Brooklyn, where the late rapper was born and raised. 

The event commemorated the life and legacy of the legendary Notorious B.I.G. and his impact on music as one of the greatest and most influential rappers of all time. Hundreds of fans showed up to witness this historic moment, joining Biggie’s family and friends in celebration.
